UniTek went public via a reverse merger with Berliner Communications in January 2010 and was initially traded on the OTCBB. In November 2010, UniTek began trading on the NASDAQ as UNTK.
The Company reports earnings and files its quarterly and annual reports within the time frame stipulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission. Once the reporting date for a given period is determined, UNTK issues a press release announcing the date, as well as the details for the associated conference call.
